Lu Fikir La Sendiri!!!
30 tahin tak naik... klu di selangor parkir naik 150% tak bising pulak... cukai pintu naik 300% tak membising pulak... klu di pulau pinang kenaikkan parkir 200%... cukai pintu 250%..ol.di selangor naik 150% tak pulak bising... lesennlerniagaan naik 200% di selangor dan pulau pinang tak pulak bloger

PadamKat KL tu bukan sumenya rakyat bro. Parkir murah akan hanya menguntungkan orang asing. Kalau Pakatun nak tolong rakyat, buatlah tabung parkir untuk org tempatan: Tabung Parkir Pakatun... konfom dapat undi!
Padambangang punya komen geng pakatun.elok la tu bangang.kalau caj parking naik ramai yang akan guna pengangkutan awam.kan dah bagitahu tu berapa jumlah keta sekarang.jangan jadi bengap la geng pakatun
PadamTak baik mencarut sahabat. Berhujahlah dgn kewarasan. Kita kat sini sibuk bergaduh sakan. Abu sayaf sudah menculik 5 lagi rakyat Malaysia. Mengapa rspuh sangat pertahanan negara kita. Kerajaan sudah perabih beratus juta dgn penubuhan ESSCOM. Atau ianya sudah bertukar kepada ASSCOM. Maaf ! Tercarut pula. Haaa.haaa
PadamMaklumat culik tu sume dah tahu. Tak perlu jadi posmen part time, jadilah pemberi buah fikiran sesungguhnya ia lebih bermakna sumbangannya.
PadamDennya seposen adalah monta negara jiran berkenaan buat sesuatu contohnya bako jer sarang penculik. Kalau tak nak, apa kata tutup aje laluan lanun dengan periuk api.
Umum perlu bangkit sebagaimana Barat bangkit menentang keganasan.
Padamklu dlm negara pun byk pengkhianat.. apa nk hairan negara2 jiran.. lumayan tu... tuntutan!!
Setuju dgn 3:28 PTG. dlm negara pun byk pengkhianat..

PadamUSD 1 billiunnn.. Penguatkuasa US nk rampas & bekukan..
PadamApa puak dedak @ hancing nak jawab?
Mari tunggu alasan diorg pulak.. Pelik dkt Malaysia mcm takda apa2 usaha nk siasat.tapi diluar negara dah berapa ramai diluar yg kena pecat & kena dakwa.
Luar negara meletup2 isu siasatan pasal salah guna urusan Wang dari 1mdb.
Dlm Malaysia mcm takde apa2.
Berbillion hilang tak nak cari ka ?
Cuba duit sendiri tercicir atau wallet hilang sanggup cari balik & buat report polis wlaupun isi cuma rm50 ja..
Duit tabung Masjid hilang kecoh satu Malaysia.
Duit 1mdb hilang langsung taknk cari.. sebaliknya Habis pelaburan dulu dijual dek nak bayar hutang 1mdb.
Apa lagi nk dijual lepasni entahlah..
Tak boleh terima transaksi peniagaan model mcm ni. 100% Hancing.
setuju sesangat dgn 544 PTG.
WSJ has a history of false reporting
PadamJuly 6, 2015
It’s startling that the Wall Street Journal (WSJ), in boldly claiming to have evidence linking Prime Minister Najib Razak to financial fraud, did not show any such evidence.
It said evidence of fund transfers direct to Najib’s account had been sent to both the Attorney-General and the Prime Minister himself, but it has not shown proof of bank transactions.
This raises the question of how reliable WSJ is when it comes to reports on foreign politics. Indeed, it has got into hot soup before for false reporting.
Singapore
In 2008, Singapore sued WSJ for publishing an article casting doubt on the integrity of Singapore’s judiciary. When WSJ was found to be in contempt of court and was proven wrong in its reporting, all it did was apologise to its Asian readers, and it did this online. There was never an apology in hard print.
The late Lee Kuan Yew clashed with WSJ on many occasions. He accused it of biased reporting and drastically reduced its circulation in Singapore.
Prophet Muhammad
WSJ got itself into a mess when, a few years ago, it reported on a controversial film about Prophet Muhammad. It alleged that the movie was made by an Israeli-American named Sam Bacile and was financed by more than 100 Jewish donors.
It takes guts to reveal a name. Everyone thought WSJ had substantial evidence to make such claims. But as investigations drew to a close, it was revealed that the report was completely wrong. There were no records of any person named Sam Bacile in the United States or Israel.
People wrote to WSJ demanding an explanation, but it did not respond. Eventually, in September 2012, WSJ issued a statement of correction.
Boston bombing
After the infamous Boston Marathon bombing, WSJ erroneously reported that the police had found five explosive devices, two of which had been deployed. Minutes later, federal authorities dismissed the report as inaccurate.
Tesla
Last year, WSJ again found itself ridiculed for false reporting when it claimed that electric car maker Tesla had suffered a plunge in sales for one of its models. The CEO of Tesla, Elon Musk, took to Twitter on October 28 to reveal sale volumes, saying WSJ was “incorrect” in its reporting.
Russians in the Ukraine
Early this year, in an article titled “The Russians are coming, again,” WSJ reported that Russian proxies shelled a city called Avdiyivka in the Ukraine during a ceasefire. It was later shown that the report was mere speculation and WSJ was accused of “journalistic malpractice”.
Over the years, WSJ has been accused of deceptive journalism from various organisations around the world. With its so-called “evidence” against Najib, the only way to settle the issue is through a legal suit. Let independent investigation teams do their work and let the truth be told.
WSJ’s allegations against the prime minister are serious and drastic measures need to be taken against the paper if the allegations are false. If they are proven to be true, then Najib has no choice but to resign.
Betul3.... Khair Toyo Beli rumah bawah harga pasaran salah, LGE beli rumah jauh lebih murah dari harga pasaran tak salah... Lu Fikir Lah Sendiri!!!
BalasPadamChai 12.48...blog ni takder nak membela orang salah, guan eng ker, khir toyo ker jika tun mahathir ada penyelewengan 100 billion sekalipun najib pulak telah songlap dan menyamun 300 billion wang rakyat (tak termasuk skandal 1mdb yg telah terbukti!)
Padamfitnah jadi makanan ko .... pegi mampus dgn ko punya bukti ... bangang !!!
PadamBukti tak semestinya benar. Bukti sebanyak 93 muka surat tentang rasuah Khalid MB terbukti palsu.
PadamKalau bukti tak semestinya benar apa perlu takut?
PadamNajib mana berani, bukan suruh pergi saman kat london atau new york, kat malaysia pun tak berani nak saman SR & WSJ.
PadamBro,
PadamNasihat saya bangang2 ni biarlah dia terlepas kandang. Dia dapat komen tu pun happy sangat, walau komen dungu! Dah mmg haramjadah,tu lah sifatnya.
PadamGivap lah, Jing.
Kata pandir tapi takkan itupun nak kena ajar.
PadamBodoh lagi kamu 456 PTG.
Dah lah kamu bodoh, nak nunjuk pandai pulak.

PadamHahahahahahahahaha.
Sokong jilat najis tahap dewa ni..
Demi najis parking sejam rm40 pun xpe.
Janji najis my pm.
Gila mandrem najis.
Bak dtg no flat kete ko. klu jmp park tmpt free bleh jgk tlg pecahkn cermin.
Sokong bro 12.48.

Vulgar language againt pro najib..
PadamHahahahaha
Ni puak cai najis br recruit ni.
Mungkin xkenal lg nek tempoyak.
BalasPadamNajib nakkan negara cepat jadi negara berpendapatan tinggi. Jadi, bior le mampus yang nakkan rumah murah kena cari setengah juta.
PadamHarga barangan lain naik bukan di peduli nya. Takda pun penguatkuasa di beritakan menangkap mereka yg naikkkan harga dgn sewenang wenang nya saja.
siapa nakkan rumah murah pindah aja di Selangor dan Penang, tak perlu jadi valuers, tak perlu jemput valuation, cukup janji oral 2008. sekadar cadangan
PadamRumah mahal?
BalasPadamAnda bermasalah kerana rumah mahal?
Hubungi tokong Penang utk keterangan lanjut.
Aku agak jawatan kau ni "Chief Anjing Pengesan "
Aku sokong 1:52 PTG.
PadamDepa gentaq, gigil lutut, takut kena serang dek Protun bertalu talu.
Protun tu makan orang ker atau jembalang sampai boleh menakutkan orang, kik kik kik
Padam5:02 PTG budak kicik, asyik kik kik kik
BalasPadamTanpa Nama20 Julai 2016 1:10 PTG
Padambetul cakap kau kalau sejak sedari zaman dinosaur cakap pakar didengari, sume ni tak jadi macam hari ini.
jgn pegi jauh kebelakang .... itu dah masuk 22 tahun madey berkuasa ... baik maju ke depan bersama DSN .... hidup jgn bangang sgt ... nak KL maju macam Singapore tapi mentaliti kampungan .... go fly kite !!!
PadamMasalahnya mentaliti najib tu memang mentaliti kampungan, diserahkan pada jho lo buat kerja songlap yg najib tau 4 billion masuk akaun peribadi...
PadamNak menipupun cerdik la skit najib oiiii...inilah mentaliti kampungan
Padamkat mana Najib songlap?
Bagus lah.
Biasanya bil bawah 50 rgt shj. Kdg2, top up golongan marhaein ni jauh lebih besar drp bil letrik.
PadamAna pun fening
Siapa kata casj elektrik di Malaysia tinggi cuba korang cek sendiri data di bawah - Malaysia lah diantara yg termurah
PadamUS cents / kW
Malaysia 7.09 to 14.76
Indonesia 11
Singapore 25.28
Thailand 6 to 13
Philippines 18.22
Kalau ko pakai kurang dp 200 unit sebulan harganya cuma RM 0.21 se unit saja
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electricity_pricing
Itu data yg kau dapat.
PadamMasalahnya, Malaysia telah diisytiharkan bangkrap pd 11/7/2016 yg lalu - Blogger Outsyed the box.
Rakyat kita dah separuh jd peminta sedekah.
Kalau sebuah rumah yang pakai karan menyumbang 10 $ setiap bulan kepada kroni makanya kalau 15 juta rumah, jumlah sumbangan per bulan adalah 150 juta. Kalau setahun ialah 600 juta Kalau 30 tahun fu yoo!
PadamSayang beno bila Najib jual aset ipp yg dimiliki dulu buat bayar hutang 1MDB Kalau tidak sudah tentu kita menikmati takrif eletrik yg amat murah. Pengunaan dibawah 20 kv pun dah x percuma lagi. Kalau mengadu kat mat maslan tentu dia beri idea yg bernas. PELITA KAN ADA.
PadamKoleksi kroni dan pendop selama 22 tahun tak cukup cukup dan perlu ditambah. Parti baru jadi platform?
Kalau 1MDB dah terhutang RM53 bilion, IPIC tuntut RM28 bilion pulak, berbilion masuk ekaun peri badi, ekaun bini dan anak tiri, mana tak songsang nya.
3:00 PTG,
PadamYang menanggung harga letrik, parkir dsb nya tu rasa nya tak banyak.
Cilaka.
memanglah ko sanggup bayar caj letrik mahai sebab kroni tu bapaq kiri kamu. cuba kalau kroni tu bapaq kanan yang tidur sebelah omaq kor, tentu ko tak nak kan kan?
PadamTapi kannn....masalah jugak.
Nanti marah pulak mp ampang. Dia ada lapan bijik kereta.
Hehehe...
8 bijik kereta? Wow besaunya rumah sampai boleh parkir kesemua lapan biji kereta. Atau 4 biji parkir kat atas bumbung kot
PadamCuba mengadu masalah ni kat pak mentaru Tentu dia akan beri idea yg bernas. Naik basikal lah yoep kalau x Mau byar parking mahal.
PadamHai gigil lutut nak eja mentaru. Ha ha musim sejuk!
PadamThe United States Justice Department is expected to act to seize assets linked to 1MDB in the largest asset seizure in US history, The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported today.
BalasPadamThis is part of their probe into billions of dollars allegedly siphoned from the state fund.
It is expected to exceed the previous record of US$850 million in assets which authorities sought to seize from three telecom firms in an unrelated case.
Citing sources, the journal said the Justice Department’s Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Initiative is expected to file civil lawsuits seeking to seize the assets as soon as Wednesday morning in the US.
It claimed the seizure will involve properties and other assets bought with "money allegedly misappropriated from the Malaysian fund."
Malaysiakini cannot independently verify the WSJ report, and is attempting to contact 1MDB for its response.
WSJ had previously reported the money from 1MDB had been used to fund the movie "The Wolf of Wall Street", which was produced by a company headed by Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak's stepson Riza Aziz.
It claimed investigators in two countries believe US$155 million from the Malaysian state fund 1MDB, ended up in Red Granite Pictures in 2012 through a circuitous route involving offshore companies.
Red Granite Pictures had stressed that its funding is from legitimate sources.
WSJ also claimed that 1MDB funds had also been used by Riza to purchase two properties in New York and Los Angeles, allegedly belonging to Penang-born tycoon Low Taek Jho, who is most often referred to as Jho Low.
"The United States Justice Department is expected to act to seize assets linked to 1MDB in the largest asset seizure in US history, The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported today"
PadamKomen:
the largest seizure recorded in history is related to the assets belongs to the middle eastern regimes. so WSJ is lying through its dentures.
Tiap komen Jing Jibo mesti bodoh bangang.
PadamDia tak tahu pun berapa besar assets linked to 1MDB tu pun. Tapi nak disoute perkataan yang WSJ gunakan.
Damn stupid bloke. Endless stupidity and ignorance.
Dia tak tahu dan tak kata berapa "assets belongs to the middle eastern regimes" tuh. Tak sebut bila pun.
PadamBahasa Inggeris nya pun berterabur.
Jadi, apa dia kata ha nya bohong, tipu, fitnah semata mata.
Wahai 2:59 PTG,
PadamRosmah naik jet lah.
PadamTanpa PAS, Pakatan Harapan Bakal Kehilangan Selangor & Pulau Pinang – Tian Chua
BalasPadamJUNE 24, 2016
PadamTian Chua dah desperate. Kena ampu PAS, kalau tak gomen PKR Selangor lingkup.
PadamLantak lah lingkup.
Txs 2:55 PTG for the very interesting and important news that the United States Justice Department is expected to act to seize assets linked to 1MDB in the largest asset seizure in US history, according to The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) today.
BalasPadamMust have that repeated here, there and everywhere. So that the rakyat and the voters become fully aware what Najib has done/ allowed be done.
Hope the seizure takes place soon and more news come out.
Please inform us as here and elsewhere as when you come across those and related news.
I like the WSJ statement "investigators in two countries believe US$155 million from the Malaysian state fund 1MDB, ended up in Red Granite Pictures (belonging to Najib's stepson) in 2012 through a circuitous route involving offshore companies."
BalasPadamTun Dr Mahathir has also used the words "(payments via) circuitous route involving offshore companies."
The extent of nasty plans etched out maybe by Jho Taek Lo. Note the 2nd name - Taek.
"1MDB funds had also been used by Riza (Najib's stepson) to purchase two properties in New York and Los Angeles, allegedly belonging to Penang-born tycoon Low Taek Jho, who is most often referred to as Jho Low."
BalasPadamPreviously when the media attacked Najib and Rosmah asking how come Riza suddenly became very rich, PM's Office (PMO) put out a media statement saying there was a "legacy of wealth".
But ALL Najib's siblings signed a media statement denying their father was rich, thereby slapping Najib hard on the face.
The belief Malaysian public has is that the money came from 1MDB.
But the masses have not been aware of these in detail. They must be made aware and these news must be spread far and wide in the country. What WSJ reported is not in the Malaysian Official Secrets Act and therefore can be disseminated.
You got it wrong. The correct statement should be like this: it is so clear that it is the Malaysian oppositions who had falsely believed the said money came from that GLC.
Padam551 is dreaming that the statement is like that. Dream on, Mista. Until u become delusional.
Padam"Falsely believed"? Not wrongly believed? Lulu lu sikola mana?
WSJ has a history of false reporting
BalasPadamJuly 6, 2015
